With over 37 years of diversified experience in the gaming industry ranging from dealer to CEO, development to operations involving mega-destination resorts to locals’ oriented casinos in numerous domestic and international venues, Macomber provides executive level consulting in the areas of strategic and business planning, feasibility and all other project development phases as well as pre- and post-opening management and profit improvement engagements. Dean is based in Las Vegas, Nevada but travels globally. Dean also has a Masters Degree in Hotel Management from Cornell University.
DJ’s speciality areas are business planning, investments and gaming technology. He is based in the UK among Europe’s many online and offline gaming innovators who are growing steadily under technology-friendly regulation and highly competitive gaming market conditions. During his 30-year gaming career he has worked from the bottom to the top of the casino operations organisational chart and across the functions; he has planned and opened casinos from scratch as casino project lead and GM and has held senior roles in high-tech New Product Development and regulatory online testing. DJ holds an MBA, CIMA adv dip MA and is a PRINCE2 accredited project management practitioner.
Jake specialises in Casino Surveillance and Security Management consulting and has packed a wealth of experience into his 23-year gaming career. In addition to time spent in his speciality field, Jake has experience as Casino GM and Operations Director, managing start-ups in Latin America, Eastern Europe, Asia and the UK. His rich mix of experience, balance and perspective, enables him to quickly deliver effective solutions which are accepted by Operations for their completeness and practicality.
Shaun McCamley has 34 years of experience in the Gaming Industry holding Key Management Gaming Licenses issued by the UK, USA and Australia. Worked as CEO and General Manager of major Far East-based consultancies and Casino Resort establishments. Commissioned to set up international standard casino establishments around the world. An expert in digital online gaming since 1998, particularly within Asia and the Americas, with a wealth of knowledge that enables him to drive global casino marketing initiatives which achieve strong results for any gaming group. Shaun is based in Macau.
John is a results-focused visual media communications, web management and casino marketing leader. Proven experience in all facets of video communications, website management and social media development for the gaming industry. Adept at creating and implementing pro-active communications projects that support our clients’ objectives. Proven success in managing web and video production projects with tight deadlines and budget restrictions. John Fernandez has over 30 years of Casino Marketing experience. He has held key casino marketing positions in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Reno, Tahoe and Aruba. His major strengths are in Multicultural Marketing specializing in Latin American and Asian Marketing. He grew up in Las Vegas and began his casino career as a dealer and worked his way up to various high level executive positions with top casino companies. He has unsurpassed sales, marketing and management experience as well as strong financial acumen and bottom-line orientation. Bob has over 25 years of experience with casino collections from players in the UK, Middle East, Far East and North America. Bob is based in London. He employs many unique strategies to collect casino debt usually without the need of costly legal action and he is often able to still retain the player as a casino customer. Vince Manfredi is an action oriented, collaborative marketing executive with 30+ years of providing profitable solutions for Gaming and Hospitality companies specializing in slot operations and data analytics. Manfredi has served in senior marketing positions for major gaming corporations as a hands on consultant improving casino operators’ profitability. Manfredi founded a consultancy in 2012 and his group provides strategic guidance and tactical support to casinos as well as gaming industry suppliers.
